Protein Packed Chicken Kebab

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 200g greek yoghurt
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 Pitta bread
  • Red pepper
  • Red onion
  • Lettuce
  • Tsp Lazy garlic
  • Spices – salt/pepper/paprika/cumin/red pepper flakes/garlic granules
  • Sauce – lazy garlic/garlic granules/finely chopped cucumber/150g 0% fat greek yoghurt

Recipe

  1. Place chicken in a mixing bowl
  2. Add your choice of spices
  3. Add salt/pepper
  4. Add yoghurt/garlic
  5. Mix all together
  6. Chop peppers/onions chunky
  7. Preheat grill med–high heat
  8. Place chicken + onion + pepper on skewer
  9. Place skewer in grill for 10-15 mins turning at half way point
  10. Mix lettuce/tomatoes/cucumber for salad
  11. Mix sauce ingredients together
  12. Serve chicken skewer with salad and pitta bread
