Hey guys,
it’s now week 10 and the parties almost over until 2 weeks time when the new blocks start. Now I’d just like to say a huge congrats to everyone who has achieved their goal through these last 10 weeks. I know a lot of you have taken the advice and service in your stride. However, those that still feel a bit deflated remember this is all a process. Meeting your goals isn’t linear and anyone who has ever met their goals has came across hurdles. Losing motivation etc can be deflating but is so easily retrievable by setting new and clear goals. Re-access where you potentially fell away and go again with a plan. Don’t just do the same thing. For example if you came to every class but still didn’t see the result you wanted then it’s a nutrition issue. If you didn’t come to every class and felt you were de motivated then try making working out non negotiable and take part in the weekly challenges to keep yourself accountable. Anyway i’m so glad to have taken all of you for these last 10 weeks and always look to improve. If there is any constructive feedback then i’ll take it on the chin and improve. Each block i’m trying to constantly improve the service as much as I can.
